Extensive Reporting Features

You can customise any one of the existing standard reports in ERP Software in hundreds of different ways. These reports can then be saved and viewed at any time. With an almost unlimited range of reports, using different printouts and styles that will allow a user to create a new report or modified any existing report and save as their own. Set your columns of data to not only total as a sum, but also display an average, a maximum or minimum value or any other range of totaling features. As an added bonus any piece of data that is displayed on any of these reports can be simply drilled into, this fantastic feature will give you extensive detail of what makes up the value displayed, right back to being able to open the original transaction on the report.

Instant Reporting Features

Time sheet Entries

Enter times for jobs via scanners using fixed hoursor flat rate. Time sheet entries are great for job costing etc. These job costing entries will then flow down to profit and loss reports for any job you undertake.

Auto Load

Load entries from time sheet or roster directly into your payroll screen. Simply open the pays screen, select load from roster and your pays are done, all ready to print or send to EFT and Banking.

Clock On / Off

The Clock On/Off feature allows Employers to track the actual times of each employee, for jobs etc and load actual times into Payroll. Also has full reporting on who has turned up late or finished early.

Rosters

Fully integrated rosters, attached to the Employee, and direct loading into Payroll. Assign all forms of leave on the roster, which again will flow directly into payroll. Great for tracking which store and what times staff need to be at work.

Barcode Picking and Tracking

This is undoubtedly one of best automated warehouse features around, as it virtually removes human error in the warehouse picking and packing section. This module of ERP Software allows orders to be placed in the office, the warehouse then completes the order without touching the computer, by the use of a scanner. By scanning in their employee barcodes, the next prioritised picking slip will appear. ERP Software will then track how long it takes to pick the goods, and then how long it takes to pack the goods. In addition it will automatically count how many cartons or pallets are used to pack the goods in, with a complete record of what goods are in what carton. It will confirm that the correct amount of goods have been packed and once confirmed, will then automatically complete the invoice, print the required Consignment Notes, Delivery Dockets and Labels.

Groups / Kits / BOM

Also called a "Bill of Materials". This is where you can make a product from different, separate products. You can also have a group within a group or unlimited sub-products. No limits. Whenever one of these groups is sold, all the associated separate products are reduced by the number in the stock on hand list required to make the group.

Gantt Charts

ERP Software has a fully interactive graphical interface (Gantt Chart) showing all jobs scheduled either by day, week, or month. This allows the production manager to instantly get a snapshot of the work in progress, and what stage it is up to and to fully monitor overruns and efficiencies resulting in greater profitability.

Job Costing

Superbly accurate job costing with total job cost continually updating live as item costs change, labour costs are applied, expenses incurred, and entered, and products purchased. Full timesheet entry facility.

No Limits

There are no limits to how many items, stages and processes are incorporated into any one manufacturing job, with there also being no limits to how many manufacturing jobs you can schedule at any time. This is, of course, governed by staff and machine time limitations.

Product Costing

Manufacturing in ERP Software is live in all areas including product cost updating. As the cost (and sell) on any product, item or service used in the manufacture process is changed, the unit, bill of materials, and manufacture process is also updated with this change. This ensures accurate data at all times.

Serial Number Tracking

Full serial number tracking is available from each individual item as it is built or can be added upon completion. You can also create your own serial numbers, again for use at any stage.
