Customisable Fields

Add your own specific fields to categorise your customers. These fields can be text fields as well as ´Drop Down´ fields. By making them drop downs you force a certain value to be selected, thus making your database consistent with what is displayed. There is even an option that you can turn on or off, with these fields that prevents the form from being closed if one of the values has not been entered.

Individual Customer Product Discounting

Each Customer can have products sold to them at individual prices, which will auto load when selecting that product in any transaction.

Set up each individual customer to have permanent mark-up percentage assigned. When this customer is selected on any transaction, the mark-up percentage will be automatically loaded.

Back Orders

Complete back ordering system with automatic order number tracking between invoices i.e. if an invoice is placed and part of the order is not available for 3 days (on back order) the second invoice will have the original invoice number as a reference attached to it.

Foreign Currency

Unit Tracking Inventory management

Products can be bought and sold in units. Units can be created as you see fit from pallets to tubs to container loads, lengths and weights. Each unit can be a multiple of a single product, which will then track the product in all the range of units and also be reportable in this full range. I.e. you could buy a product by the pallet but sell it by the box, ERP Software will tell you how many pallets and boxes you have of this product.
